5. Responsibilities

• Management: Ensure resources, leadership, and compliance with safety standards.
• Health & Safety Committee: Monitor risks, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
• Employees & Students: Follow safety rules, report hazards, and participate in training.
• HR & Welfare Unit: Provide welfare facilities such as clean restrooms, safe drinking water, and recreational spaces.

6. Reporting and Resolution

All incidents, hazards, or concerns must be reported immediately to the Health & Safety Committee or HR Department. Reports will be investigated promptly, with corrective actions taken and communicated transparently.
